Inspired by Nature: Colours that inform my thoughts

by Louise Kellerman

I start my mornings before the sun rises these days. The upside to being up early on a fine winter morning? The beautiful light that casts itself onto the trees and flowers around my local area. I find my walk in the morning a good way to mentally capture colour palettes and pairings that have been put together by nature itself.

My colour palette for today: Pale Blush & Deep Sage

Looking forward to seeing what people are into at the moment.

As most people who know me know, I am a huge football fan. And the first thing on Friday I am seeing is the World Cup from South Africa. Not sure which colours I was tempted to say All White, but that bandwagon is getting full. But here is a photo of my tv, Argentina vs. Korea Republic (South Korea). – Lindsay Yee, Christchurch, New Zealand.

I have been playing with http://campl.us/ - super fun.

Not in Kansas anymore  – Peter Montgomery, Creative Director – Design, Clemenger BBDO, Wellington, New Zealand

Feeling these brisk, chilly mornings, thus my palette today is Kiwi Winter.

Two cyclists I encountered at a different set of lights this morning who were almost fashion twins but for the reversed colours of their tops and bags. See … we do stop at the lights.
